Niemann Foods

Niemann Foods is a company headquartered in Quincy, Illinois that owns many grocery stores and gas stations across the midwestern United States.

The company has its roots in 1917 when Ferd Niemann, Sr and Steve Niemann opened their first grocery store. Within a decade they would open and run 30 corner grocery shops. By 1940 they opened the first ever full-service supermarket to Quincy. Today over 60 stores are owned by Niemann and currently Niemann is the largest independently owned supermarket chain in central Illinois.
