"Night Time Lover" is the second single by American singer La Toya Jackson, from her self-titled debut. The track was produced by her brother Michael, who provides background vocals on the chorus.
Despite her brother's help, the song peaked at #59 on the Billboard R&B charts. In La Toya's 1991 autobiography, La Toya: Growing up in the Jackson Family, she claims that Michael purposely changed production at the last minute to make sure that it wouldn't be a big hit and overshadow the success of his album Off The Wall.
The track "Lovely Is She" (also on the album) was on the B-side of the single.
