Nils Olav Fjeldheim (born April 18, 1977, Tysværvåg) is a Norwegian kayak paddler.
At the 1998 European championships in Szeged, Fjeldheim won the K4 200m bronze medal. The following year in Zagreb he won the European K2 200m silver medal with partner Andreas Gjersøe.
Fjeldheim went on to win three world championships together with Eirik Verås Larsen - the K2 1000 m in 2001 and the marathon event in 2001 and 2002. They were also European K2 100m champions three times (2000, 2001 and 2004).
Fjeldheim and Larsen also won an Olympic bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in the K2 1000 m event.
