True colour satellite photograph of Northern Ireland. Lough Neagh, the largest lake in the British Isles can clearly be seen in the middle. To the west and south is the land-bordered Republic of Ireland. To the north Scotland's Mull of Kintyre. Rathlin Island, just off the north coast, is partially obscured by cloud cover.
