[edit] Plot
In this story, Rocko notices that all of his possessions are falling apart and decaying, including Spunky's dish, which is melted. He receives a credit card and Heffer encourages him to spend it on stuff at the mall, including a new bowl for Spunky. Because Rocko doesn't have the money to pay for all of his new stuff after using his credit card, they are all deported back to the mall. Heffer comes and brings Spunky's new dish back, which he paid for with his Scottish organ donor credit card (Heffer having sold one of his stomachs to be used as a set of bagpipes).
