No Reservations is a 2007 remake of the German film Mostly Martha. The film, a romantic comedy, stars Catherine Zeta-Jones and Aaron Eckhart as a pair of chefs.
No Reservations is scheduled for release in North America on July 27, 2007.
As in the original film, Kate - played by Zeta-Jones - finds her life drastically altered when she is forced to adopt her niece following the death of her sister. Caring for her niece forces Martha to challenge her perfectionist nature. This self-examination mirrors her relationship with Nick Palmer, a young, extroverted chef who has recently joined her kitchen. Although the pair initially appear to be polar opposites, romantic tension quickly develops.
