NORD/LB

The NORD/LB (abbreviation for Norddeutsche Landesbank - Girozentrale) is a bank in Germany. It is a public corporation by the federal states of Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt with its head office in Hanover and branches in Braunschweig and Magdeburg.
The NORD/LB is one of the largest banks in Germany, with branch offices in New York, Singapur, Shanghai, London and Helsinki. Its Eastern European operations (NORD/LB Polska (Poland), NORD/LB Lietuva (Lithuania) and NORD/LB Latvija (Latvia) )are carried out in a joint venture with the Norwegian bank DnB NOR.
