I've just moved this from Berwick Law. This is a common misnomer - even the local council got it wrong and had to correct its street signs! The Ordnance Survey [1] shows on its map that the Law bears the name of the town, and locally it's also known as North Berwick Law (or just 'The Law'). Cal T 17:49, 20 Feb 2005 (UTC)
Added more information about the whale bone arch, the ruins and some more detail about the geology. Does anyone know why the arch was erected?
