User:NoSeptember/RfA thank yous
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This page contains a listing of the various "thank yous" that administrator nominees send out upon the conclusion of their request for adminiship.
(see also User talk:Lar/RFA 1 which is an archive of the thankyous I have received. Since I am relatively new, and do not vote comment on all RfA, it does not go back very far, and does not include all of them since I started. But it DOES include some not listed here. It's like a personal stamp collection in that if it wasn't given to me, I did not capture it. Feel free to raid it to update this page, or just leave it linked, as you like. Hope it helps. ++Lar: t/c 15:28, 1 April 2006 (UTC) )

Dear Mr Blanning, thank you for choosing the ACME Auto-thanker! Simply strike out the phrases that do not apply and tear off this strip at the indicated line to give all your supporters and detractors the personalised response they so richly deserve. N.B: DO NOT FORGET TO TEAR THIS BIT OFF, MORON! |
Actually, this user thinks it is quite ironic that thanks for supporting Cyde's successful RFA came in the form of a userbox, since this user opposed the RFA on the basis of Cyde's involvement in the userbox war. |

Thank you for voting on my RfA. It passed with a consensus to promote of 45/7/1. To those of you concerned about the fact that I am a relative newcomer, I encourage you to poke me with a sharp stick if I make a mistake. Or better yet, let me know on my talk page, and I'll do my best to fix it. Makemi 05:07, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for your vote
My request for adminship passed with a final result of 78/2/0. Hopefully I will live up to everyone's expectations. Please ask if I can ever help out with anything in the future.Martyman - 09:25, 20 February 2006 (UTC) |

Thanks for your support in my RFA. The final vote count was (66/2/3), so I am now an administrator. Please let me know if at any stage you need help, or if you have comments on how I am doing as an admin. Have a nice day! Stifle 17:02, 7 March 2006 (UTC) |
Anyway, with that short lecture on cell biology done with, I'd like to thank you for your vote on my RfA, which passed with (49/2/0), I'll do my best to not let you down, and if you see me heading towards a common newbie mistake, please nudge me in the right direction :)

Hi D'Juan. I wanted to thank you for taking the time to consider my RfA, which passed this earlier this morning. If there's ever anything I can help you with, just ask; you know where to find me. Emphatic apologies for the spam. ×Meegs 08:24, 11 March 2006 (UTC) |
Thanks for participating in my RfA. It passed with a final tally of 98/13/10, just two short of making WP:100. If you need my help with anything, don't hesitate to ask. |

Thanks for your support on my recent RfA, which I am pleased to say passed with a final tally of 80/1/1. If you ever need any help, or if I mess something up as an admin, please let me know. Cactus.man ✍ 19:57, 16 March 2006 (UTC) |
My RFA
Mailer diablo, thank you very much for your support in my recent Request for adminship, it passed with a final tally of (65/3/3) - which I find both amazing and humbling. I wish I had time to thank everyone personally, but I'm afraid all I can offer is this token of my gratitude. I hope to live up to your expectations/hopes. If at any stage you need to contact me, for help or a request or to point out a mistake in my conduct, please make sure to tell me on my talk page. --Fir0002 0x:xx, 13 June 2006 (UTC) |

For taking time to vote in a Request for Adminship, it's a minor thing that helps keep this site ticking. Oh, and yes, it passed :) Tawker 06:14, 10 April 2006 (UTC) |
In your user / talk / awards page. I've been told the devs will kill me if I use up all of that diskspace doing this on everyone's page :) - so one big barnstar here :) -- Tawker 06:14, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for supporting/opposing/commenting on my request of adminship, sadly the result was 54/20/7 an thus only 73% support votes, resulting in that the nomination failed. As many of you commenting that I have to few main-space edits, I'll try to better my self on that part. If you have any ideas on what kind of articles I could edit, pleas send me a line. :) | →AzaToth

Thanks for voting!
Although this is a bit late in coming, I want to thank you for voting (no matter what your vote was) in my recent request for adminship. You might be aware that it did not pass due to a lack of consensus. The final tally was 21/9/10. I think I will try again this spring or summer after I have gained a bit more experience and met a few more fellow editors. Thanks again! |

[edit] Successful RfB
Thank you all! Many thanks to all those who took the time to support me in my successful run for bureaucrat. Rather than posting a 100+ copy-pasted thank you notes, I'm making my heartfelt thanks known here. I'm honored to know so many of you trust me to be the fair and community-oriented Wikipedian I have always treid to be. Have a cup of tea on me! |
