"Not a Criminal" is the first single of Chamillionaire's second album, Ultimate Victory. It features Kelis on the chorus. It was produced by Australian producer Styalz Fuego of the Affinity Music Group. Chamillionaire recently confirmed that another version of this song will be on the album, which features Busta Rhymes and Snoop Dogg. The single debuted at number three on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart. The week after, the song was not anywhere to be found so it has dropped off the charts.
It can currently be heard on Chamillionaire's MySpace page and is available for download on iTunes.
He just recently shot the video and the director is Benny Boom.
