[edit] Synopsis
In this reality based series, singer-actress Lisa Loeb documents her life as a single woman in her mid-30s as she attempts to re-enter the dating scene after two failed dating relationships, both lasting six years each. With the help of her sister Debbie (who is also a singer-actress, and single as well), her longtime friend Stephanie, and ex-boyfriend Juan, Lisa is given advice and tips on how to find love in the right places.
But even as she pursues her Mr. Right, she also hopes that when she does find him she will finally have something that she has always dreamed of: having a family of her own. However with her musical career and her pursuit of finding the perfect guy cause a little friction in her life, Lisa hopes that she can balance the two in more ways than one.
[edit] Trivia
The show's title has a double meaning; it is both a reference to her having hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart in 1994 with "Stay (I Missed You)" as well as being single.
