[edit] Old edit to the WinZip article
Hi Nyp,
just checking the Winzip entry history after some time… could you please explain why you removed all references to the versions of introduction in this edit (note, by the way, that the list item about 128- and 256-bit AES still says "earlier versions", a phrase which is now meaningless)? —Gennaro Prota•Talk 20:51, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
- I felt that it was unnecessary to note at what version a feature was introduced, as using outdated versions is a relatively unusual habit. If I am wrong in this assumption, you're free to revert my changes. I apologize if any grammatical errors were caused by my edit, English is not my first language. --Nyp 02:23, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
- Oh, Ok :-) Well, I'm no one to say whether your assumption is "wrong" or not, of course :-) I just find that the information could be useful, especially as it seems that new versions are more and more restrictive in terms of licensing, to the point that someone might well choose to install older ones (and there have been security issues with changes to the AES implementation in version 10 IIRC). PS: No problem for your English, it is not my first language either :-) Cheers, Gennaro Prota•Talk 17:25, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Criticims of Communism
Please see the talk page of that article and explain why the consensus there should be ignored.Ultramarine 18:13, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Destroyer in the Dusk (Gungrave Episode)
Hello. I have remade the Destroyer in the Dusk (Gungrave Episode) a redirect. There are indeed many articles about individual TV episodes. Many of them should similarly be merged (see the guideline WP:FICT) but their existence as sole plot summaries is not inline with our core policy WP:NOT (see the bit about plot summaries). Mind you there are quality articles about individual TV episodes that discuss its importance beyond the sole realm of the TV series. However, this one is not of that kind. Cheers, Pascal.Tesson 02:55, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Umar Patek and the gang
Hi Nyp, about that tacky "7 American citizens" thing, no doubt the origin of it was this: whoever started the Wiki article just copied and pasted text from the American wanted poster: http://www.rewardsforjustice.net/english/index.cfm?page=Patek which understandably spells out how many Americans were killed, but not how many Australians and others. Around here there are a lot of little bios that need work. You should see some of the stuff about Usama bin Ladin that I've deleted. :) LDH 05:04, 24 March 2007 (UTC)

I was able to restore the image and I added it back into the article. I deleted the previous versions. Thanks for pointing out my mistake -Regards Nv8200p talk 14:42, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
