Amy Lou Adams (20 augustus 1974) is een Amerikaans actrice.
Adams belandde in haar eerste filmrol in 1999, toen ze naast Kirsten Dunst, Kirstie Alley, Denise Richards en Brittany Murphy in Drop Dead Gorgeous te zien was. Hierna was ze te zien in onder andere Cruel Intentions 2, Pumpkin, Serving Sara en Catch Me If You Can. Ook had ze gastrollen in The Office, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Charmed, The West Wing en Smallville.
In 2005 kreeg ze aandacht van de media, toen ze geprezen werd voor haar rol in Junebug. Ook was ze dat jaar in The Wedding Date en Standing Still te zien.
Na rollen in Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby en Tenacious D: The Pick of Destiny, zal ze binnenkort te zien zijn in onder andere Underdog, Enchanted en Charlie Wilson's War.
