Obi-Jon is not a Jedi, as he would like people (including himself) to believe. From his lair in Providence, Rhode Island, he seeks to pour some gasoline on the fire of world knowledge. He also suffers from a crippling neurological disorder in which he thinks that the only way that he can express himself is through the superfluous use of userboxes.
