Ochi (越智郡, Ochi-gun?) is a district located in Ehime, Japan.
As of 2005 (following the January 15, 2005 merger), the district has an estimated population of 8,419 and a density of 277 persons per km². The total area is 30.35 km².

- October 1, 2004—Ikina, Iwagi, Uoshima, and Yuge merged to form Kamijima.
- January 16, 2005—Asakura, Hakata, Kamiura, Kikuma, Miyakubo, Namikata, Ōmishima, Ōnishi, Sekizen, Tamagawa, and Yoshiumi merged into Imabari.
