Ohio State Route 109 or SR 109 begins near Ottawa with SR 65 and runs north to the Michigan state line where it meets with Michigan's M-52.

- 2 miles south of Liberty Center to Michigan state line was route 65 before 1931. [2]
- 4 miles south of Liberty Center to 2 miles south Liberty Center was route 110 only before 1926 and route 24 only from 1926-31. [2]
