- Byesville to Cambridge was route 21 from 1926-57. [2]
- Byesville to 3 miles south of Cambridge was route 660 from 1957-61. [2]
- 3 miles south of Cambridge to Cambridge was unnumbered from 1957-61. [2]
- By 1960, extended to Byesville along previous unnumbered road from Cambridge to 3 miles south of Cambridge and previous route 660 from 3 miles south of Cambridge to Byesville. [2]
