State Route 797 is a north-south state highway in the east-central portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at the U.S. Route 22/U.S. Route 40 duplex about 6 miles east of Zanesville, and its northern terminus is at Interstate 70 about a quarter of a mile north. Maps show that the route once continued south to Zanesville Municipal Airport, but signage south of U.S. Route 22/U.S. Route 40 has been removed.
