The image is needed to critically identify the actor for information purposes only.
Image was released by a Finnish film company for promotion on the Finnish actor anyway
It is impossible to generate a new totally free image as the actor in question died 6 years ago.
It is thought that a low resolution image to identify the subject and in the absence of a free alternative qualifies as fair use under US law.
