Oli Ahmed

Colonel Oli Ahmed (Bengali: অলি আহমেদ) is a politician in Bangladesh. Currently he is the executive chairman of Liberal Democratic Party of Bangladesh.
He was a freedom figther during the liberation war in 1971 and was awarded Bir Pratik for his bravery . He fought under Major Ziaur Rahman in sector 1. He was one of the founder members of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). On October 26, 2006, Col. Ahmed and several other dissident leaders of BNP formed Liberal Democratic Party. [1] [2]
