- on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,

- The image is of low-resolution
- The image is used on numerous internet sites, it is believed that its use on Wikipedia will not have an effect on the copyright holder (IOC museum)
