The Preacher’s Wife is a soundtrack released in 1996 for the movie of the same name. This R&B/gospel album feature songs by Whitney Houston, who also stars in the film, and it has become the best selling gospel album of all time. The lead single, "I Believe In You And Me", became a top five hit in the US and was nominated for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance at the 1998 Grammy Awards. "Step By Step" became another hit single and "My Heart is Calling" became the final release.
