The problem with the IOC image is that it is copyrighted and policy prevents such images to be used in stub templates. If people prefer not to use the image I've added we must either 1) find a free version of the other image (if such a copy exists?), 2) use something entirely different, e.g. a map?, 3) avoid a stub image altogether.
