- Osamu Kobayashi (小林 治 こばやし おさむ Kobayashi Osamu, January 9, 1945) is an animator, a animation director to be known to for Magical Angel Creamy Mami. Bone in Fuchuu-shi, Tokyo. He belongs to Asia-dou. In 1963, he entered Toei animation (existing TOEI ANIMATION). In the same period Tsutomu Shibayama, Hayao Miyazaki. He was in charge of a chief animator with works with Shibayama after having transferred to an A production (an existing Shin-ei-animation). He established Asia-dou with Shibayama Tsutomu in 1978.
