Oumi, Niigata

Oumi (青海町; -machi) (a.k.a Omi) is a town located in Nishikubiki District, Niigata, Japan.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 9,797 and a density of 75.87 persons per km². The total area is 129.13 km².
The town was merged into Itoigawa in March 19, 2005.
