Talk:Output impedance
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
There is no clear explanation of what internal resistance is. I'll try and find the source we used in my AS physics classes, where it was modelled as a resistor within the battery, so to speak ... 172.202.214.197 14:48, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
I still don't understand what an output impedance is. Can someone explain or clarify this load of jargon? User:195.144.132.66
- It's kind of hard to explain. Any real device that creates electricity can be modeled as a perfect voltage or current source and some impedance in series with it. That's probably too technical. — Omegatron 23:53, 19 September 2005 (UTC)
I'm surprised we don't have an article on the two-port model. Input/output impedance might make better sense when covered together. - mako 06:49, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
- Might be a good idea. — Omegatron 15:25, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] CHEMISTRY
No attempt to even connect this to chemistry (especially in batteries, with concepts such as polarization of the electrodes perhaps)
