I (Corebowe 22:50, 1 February 2007 (UTC)) believe this image, OwnTwoFeetcover.jpg, though still subject to copyright, is covered by U.S. fair use laws, since it is a small resolution (200x196) image which could not be used to illegally distribute copies of the CD cover. It also does not infringe upon the right of the copyright holder to distribute the CD.

This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the album or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of such covers

solely to illustrate the audio recording in question,
