Oz LaAniyim

Oz LaAniyim (Hebrew: עוז לעניים "strength to the poor") is an Israeli social political party that was established in 1999. The party is running to the Knesset in the first time in the 2006 Elections for the 17th Knesset.
According to the party's platform as it appears in the party's website, the party is "offering the true solution for better and more appropriate society", and in their intention "to perform it from downward, from the people, by him and for him.". According to this platform, "The party will operate for humaneness, quality of life, democracy, abundant meticulousness on the law-keeping, in respected and appropriate representation, and in full and absolute transparency.". It is claimed in the platform that "since 1999, the situation have aggravated, in each day children, elderly persons, handicapped persons, and other weak persons, are added to the circle of poverty, the sadness that is seen from their eyes (as a result of the morality [in the source there was here a mistake: המסוריות instead of המוסריות] that bankrupted), can not leave us apathetic we must belt are waists and immediately recruit to the efforts.". The platform says that the party will act for rehabilitation and expansion of the medical services, lowering of their prices and their subsidization to those who are scanty means. The platform says that "The party will operate for legislation that will remove the medical committee from the hands of HaMosad LeBituakh Leumi, to a private body in the supervision of neutral professional committee" and that "we will operate for legislation of law that grant to every citizen above the age of 75 to receive nursing assistance, to his house without he will be required to pass medical committee, and additionally, we will promote project for granting computer + internet and guidance, to every elderly person and man in Israel.".
