Page scroll keys

The page scroll keys are two keys commonly found on computer keyboards, the page up key and the page down key.
The page scroll keys are primarly used to scroll up or down in documents, but the scrolling distance varies between different applications. In cases when the document is shorter than required, the page scroll keys don't respond.
The page scroll keys nearly always differ from the arrow keys and the scroll wheel in the scrolling distance, as they scroll for a much shorter distance.
In Microsoft Windows, if one of the page scroll keys are pressed along with shift in editable text, all the text scrolled over will be highlighted.
On Macintosh computers, the page scroll keys are not a standard part of GUI operation, and do not function in programs such as Firefox.
