The Panhandle and Santa Fe Railway is a now-defunct rail company that was a subsidiary of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway for its operations in Texas, until the change in the Texas constitution that allowed railroads operating in Texas to have headquarters outside the state.
