‘Parag’ is a masculine indian name drived from Sanskrit word Parag-raj or pollen . It is variously described as meaning pollen from a flower, pollen grains, and even celebrity The seven notes of Indian music are called as the Raagas. One of these Raags is Pa. Thus Pa-rag also means the 5th note in the Indian music. It also means virile. Parag Shirname is the most famous of those personalities that took the name.
