Paronychodon (meaning "beside claw tooth") was a theropod dinosaur. It lived during the Late Cretaceous in what is now Montana. The genus is a tooth taxon.
The type species, discovered by Cope in 1876, is Paronychodon lacustris. It is considered nomen dubium because of the fragmentary nature of the fossils.
