The image Image:Paula Patton Idlewild.JPG is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Deepalshawfan 08:08, 26 August 2006 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

The image is a publicity still originally created by Universal Pictures, and intended for wide distribution.
The image is of lower resolution than the original photograph (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
No free or public domain images of adequate quality have been located for the subject of the article or the film.
The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the photograph or the film in any way.
The image is intended to represent the subject in her most recent and widely-seen film role as of writing. Its inclusion in the article is important because it represents a significant point in the subject's career that is discussed in the article.
