Paul B. Fay

Paul "Red" Burgess Fay, Jr. (born July 8, 1918) was a U.S. administrator. He served as acting Secretary of the Navy in 1963. He was a member of John F. Kennedy's Motor Torpedo Boat PT-109 crew during World War II and was an usher at his wedding. He was Under Secretary of the Navy from 1961 to 1965. In 1966, he wrote The Pleasure of His Company about Kennedy.
