Paul Finlayson

Dr. Paul Finlayson is an engineer in the Outer Planets Mission Analysis Group at Caltech's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. He has been involved in the development of low-thrust trajectory optimization tools. Before coming to JPL, he was the Numerics Group manager at Apple Computer.
As a boy he used to make home-made rockets and launch helpless horny toads hundreds of feet into the air. Though most of them returned safely, PETA is organizing a protest to prevent further trama to these poor creatures.
His hobbies include offroading, astronomy, computers, working, watching 24, and playing fetch with his dog, Europa.
