Paul Hopkins (footballer)

Paul Hopkins (born November 29, 1986) is an English footballer previously of Everton F.C. He is a striker who can also play on the right wing position.
On August 16, 2005 he made his England Under-20s debut, coming on as a substitute during their 4-0 defeat to Russia.
He spent a period of 2006 on loan at Darlington where he scored one goal. In April of the same year he was released from Everton Football Club.
In July 2006 Hopkins joined AFC Bournemouth on a pre-season trial.
Hopkins signed for struggling Republic of Ireland Premier Division side Waterford United on July 15th 2006.
It is rumoured that Hopkins will sign for 2005 eircom League Champions Cork City FC in February 2007.
Cork city are the nest supported team in the eircom league and should win the triple this year and the setanta cup.
