Pennsylvania's 39th Senatorial District

Pennsylvania's 39th Senate District is based in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. It includes: the cities of Greensburg, Jeannette and Latrobe; the townships of Derry, East Huntingdon, Hempfield, Mount Pleasant, North Huntingdon, Penn, Sewickley, South Huntingdon and Unity; and the boroughs of Adamsburg, Arona, Derry, Hunker, Irwin, Madison, Manor, Mount Pleasant, New Alexandria, New Stanton, North Belle Vernon, North Irwin, Penn, Rostraver, Smithton, South Greensburg, Southwest Greensburg, Sutersville, West Newton, Youngstown and Youngwood
The senate district is represented in the Pennsylvania General Assembly by Robert T. Regola, who has represented the district since 2005.
The district is important because it includes the city of Greensburg, the county seat of Westmoreland County.
