Do gitmo detainees belong here? I don't think so. None of them have been convicted through a fair trial. Four of them have been charged. But they aren't facing a real trial, let alone a fair trial.
Anyhow, the other 500 are accused of terrorism. But that doesn't mean they are terrorist, or that terrorism is the real reason they are being held. Maybe there should be a category, named "Prisoners accused of terrorism"?
