Per Kleppe

Per Andreas Hildte Kleppe (b. 1923) is a Norwegian politician representing the Labour Party. He was the state secretary to the Minister of Finance 1957-1962, Minister of Trade and Shipping 1971-1972 as well as minister of Nordic cooperation 1971-1972, Minister of Finance 1973-1976 and 1976-1979, and Minister of the Secretariat for Long-Term Planning 1980-1981.
