Pete Stewart is the lead singer for The Accident Experiment. He is the former lead singer and guitarist of Grammatrain.
Pete also released a self-titled solo album in 1999. He also served as producer and songwriter for Tait, the solo project of Michael Tait of dc Talk, and TobyMac. Pete has done session guitar work for dc Talk and Sawyer Brown.
Stewart's involvement with The Accident Experiment has alienated much of his Christian audience because of the band's secular focus as well as its use of profanity. He has also confessed to being an agnostic.
Pete has recently finished a new solo record, called I Gave You a Desert. It has been made available for paid download at his myspace page.
Pete is also touring and recording full time with The Accident Experiment.
