Petrol AD

Petrol AD (Петрол АД) is a Bulgarian oil distributing company founded on 1 April 1932. As of 2006, it has 470 petrol stations throughout the country. It is one of Bulgaria's largest public companies in terms of market capitalization with a share capital of 109,249,612 leva divided into the same number of shares each with a face value of 1 lev. The company was privatised in 1999.
