Pillbox at Bramshot (photographed looking north).
A typical type 22.
This pillbox is on railway land. It is situated at a point where the railway is at ground level whereas there are embankments and cuttings to the east and west. Two embrasures have a clear view up and down the track which extends in a straight line for several miles. Note external blast wall.
