Pilchard the Cat

Pilchard the Cat is the blue domestic pet of Bob the Builder, an animated BBC children's programme that revolves around an independent building contractor, his anthropomorphic vehicle assistants, assistant Wendy, and a rural English community named Bobsville.
Pilchard is forever attempting to capture and eat Bird, another such character, while she has also participated in dog shows, and won. She enjoys Bob and Wendy's company, and her life revolves around eating, sleeping and inadvertent involvement in Bob's exploits within his community.
