Pinhead

The term Pinhead can refer to a number of things:
- In its literal sense, the head of a pin
- Slang for a stupid person.
- In medicine, a popular/vulgar term for a person with microcephaly, an abnormally small head due to failure of brain growth. Sufferers were often employed in freak shows and promoted as "human pinheads".
- The Pinhead from the Hellraiser movies
- A comic strip character, Zippy the Pinhead
- Slang for a telemark skier
- A song by Ramones in which they start the song with their famous line "Gabba Gabba Hey".
