This is about a gated community. Presumably this is a development contained within a larger municipality. Not all neighbourhoods are necessarily notable. The current text sounds more like a brochure. -- Whpq 18:33, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
- User_talk:David Jordan: The original article was a stub designed to give basic geography and transportation information for PML, possibly the largest populated area along the SR120 corridor between Oakdale, California and Yosemite National Park. It was believed to fit into Wikipedia:WikiProject California missing communities project. The article was later "boosterized". It's a large population center compared to other communities in Tuolumne County. I did some editing: consider this de-boostered About section. Will this work better on account of NPOV and more accurate references? I will go through and end-note the stuff I can find references for, if you think it's salvageable. Schools stuff should be on the Groveland, California article but it could be mentioned what districts include PML.

- Pine Mountain Lake is a private spring-fed lake and maintains level from run infall of Big Creek. The lake level has never dipped lower than 4 feet even in low rain fall. It has 210 surface acres of water and 6 miles of shoreline. The lake is stocked the lake with trout. The Lake is about 2,500-2,550 feet above mean sea level. (source?)

- The subdivision was developed by Bosie Cascade in the late 1960's with about 4,000 homesites averaging about one third of an acre each. There is a PGA-rated golf course. (source?) The highest points in the community are about 3,100 feet AMSL elevation. Altitudes range from about 2,600 to 3,100 ft. (USGS maps cited) US postal service offers P.O. boxes in Downtown Groveland and delivery to Pine Mountain Lake's many neighborhood lock box centers within the gated community.
