Power Big Meet

Power Big Meet is a the worlds largest classical car show and is held in Västerås, Sweden for American cars (especially those from the 1950s and 1960s). It is held each summer during the first weekend of July (from Friday to Sunday) and is a major event for raggare from all over Sweden and the world.
The Power Big Meet begins on Friday, when the cars drive around in the city, playing rock music and consume copious amounts of beer and liquor. The main attraction is to wander around the airfield and look at cars and converse with the raggare who own them.
It is one of the biggest car shows in the world, with tens of thousands of people showing their cars at Västerås's Johannisberg airfield.
During the Power Big Meet 2004 the police reported that an estimated 11,000 cars had participated in the festivities, breaking all previous records.
