Predator 2 is an isometric shooter based on the film of the same name. The player assumes the role of Mike Harrigan from the movie. Most levels focus on combating the various drugrunners and gang members throughout Los Angeles and rescuing hostages. Later stages include occasional confrontations with the Predator before reaching the final level aboard the Predator's spaceship, where dozens of Predators attack. One memorable feature is that, if the player takes too long in one area, the Predator's laser sight will start to home in on him from above. Failure to evade the triangular target area results in loss of a life.
