His Serene Highness Prince Ludwig zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg (Ludwig Ferdinand Ruprecht) was born in Berlin-Neukölln, Germany, (April 21, 1976) to Prince Albrecht zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg (1944–1992) and Maria Fischer (1933).
