The Princess Margaret Stakes is a Group 3 flat horse race in the United Kingdom for two-year-old thoroughbred fillies run over a distance of 6 furlongs (1,207 metres) at Ascot Racecourse in July.
It was first run in 1949 and named in honour of Princess Margaret, younger daughter of King George VI. It was upgraded to Group 3 status in 1986. The 2002 winner, Russian Rhythm, won the following season's One Thousand Guineas.
