[edit] History
It was started in 2002 by film students attending Virginia Commonwealth University and local Richmond filmmakers looking for other outlooks to show their films and receive feedback. It is continued today by film students Charles Bevan and Steven Harris
[edit] Prompt
The prompt was started for filmmakers who wanted to create a film but had no idea what to make a film about. There is no requirement to make a film based on the prompt.
[edit] pResentation
Most films in the show are short films. pResentation is a chance at then end of each show where one filmmaker is invited to screen longer work (i.e. up to 20 minutes).
[edit] Sponsors
Currently, Projectres is hosted at the Firehouse Theater Project and is sponsored by Yellow House
